Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accommodation equipment - office furniture made of veneered board and metal furniture equipment for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts (packages) and includes: 1) the supply of metal furniture equipment (package 1), 2) the supply of office furniture made of veneered board (package 2). 2. The detailed scope and subject of the contract are specified in Annexes No. 1.1 and 1.2 to the SWZ (assortment and price forms for packages 1 and 2), in the attached illustrative drawings (applies to package No. 2 and selected items of Annex 1.2 to the SWZ), and in the model contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (model contract for packages No. 1 and 2). The Contracting Authority requires acceptance of the model contract in its entirety. The assortment offered by the contractor must meet all requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority in the procurement documents.
