Name of the contract: “Design and construction of tourist routes in the underground workings of the Queen Louise Adit” Basic information: The contract concerns the design and construction of tourist routes in the underground workings of the Queen Louise Adit. Two tourist routes are planned to be opened within one complex of underground workings. The route themed around the elements will be made more attractive and modernized in its entirety, while the historical-themed route will be a new product. Under the contract, the Contractor is required to construct two complete tourist routes comprising design elements (scenery, structures, etc.), AV equipment, lighting, multimedia content, and multimedia and Ethernet installations. Descriptions of the subject matter of the contract are contained in 3 design documents: 1. Concept and design of a new underground exhibition devoted to the elements, created on the basis of the tourist routes in the Queen Louise Adit, together with appendices. Note: Appendix No. 2 to the concept and design contains an update to the specification of minimum technical parameters – it replaces pages 33-46 of the design. 2. Concept and design of a new underground exhibition with a historical theme, created on the basis of the tourist routes in the Queen Louise Adit. Note: Appendix No. 2 to the concept and design contains an update to the specification of minimum technical parameters – it replaces pages 41-46 of the design with respect to the specification of minimum parameters. 3. Preparation of an installation design for the newly designed tourist routes located in the Queen Louise Adit at the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze. The scope of this task does not include: AD.1.1 Station 15 Cave-in is excluded from the procedure. AD.1.2 The production of content for Stations 17 and 18 is excluded from the procedure. The complete musical work will be provided for the implementation of the stations after the contract with the Contractor has been signed. AD.2.1 The Transport Device is excluded from Station 5 Conveyor Ride – Audio Drama. AD.2.2 Station 23 In the Karlik Queue (content) is excluded from the procedure. Both Station 15 Cave-in and the supply and installation of the transport device will be covered by separate procedures. Location: The subject matter of the contract will be carried out in the underground workings of the Queen Louise Adit, i.e. the historic facilities of the Main Key Hereditary Adit and the Queen Louise Mine in Zabrze. Entrances to the workings from ul. Wolności 410, Mochnackiego 12, K. Miarki 8 (access from the water route). The workings are located at depths ranging from 0 to -40 metres. Atmospheric conditions in the workings may vary slightly: 1. Workings of the Queen Louise Mine at ul. Mochnackiego 12 a. High dust levels b. Temperature ranging from 11°C to 16°C c. Air humidity up to 77% 2. Workings of the Main Key Hereditary Adit a. Temperature ranging from 10°C to 18°C b. Construction of installations for the newly designed tourist routes located in the Queen Louise Adit at the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze (electrical discipline) – project implemented under a separate procedure – Appendix No. 4 to the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract 5. Telecommunications network, existing condition – The Ethernet installation currently existing in the Main Key Hereditary Adit is constructed using single-mode fibre-optic cables and S/FTP computer twisted-pair cabling. The main backbone of the cable network is based on fibre-optic cables. Connections between the server room and the individual IT cabinets (SI) are made using 24J fibre-optic cable, while connections between multimedia devices use S/FTP OUT DOOR cable. Diagram 2-05 – SI cabinets, cameras, detectors, Wi-Fi, part 4 When carrying out the contract, accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities must be taken into account in accordance with the document Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. With regard to construction works, the Contractor is required to fulfil the following obligations: 1) the obligation for mobile non-road machinery (i.e. construction machinery – excavators, loaders, bulldozers, etc.) with a power rating above 18 kW212 to meet the requirement of being equipped with a particulate filter. 2) the obligation to wet-clean (by the contractor commissioned to perform the contract) streets and the area around the construction site that have been contaminated as a result of construction, 3) sprinkling stockpiles of loose materials during rainless periods, 4) using stations for removing soil or mud from the wheels of heavy equipment leaving the construction site, 5) using coverings when transporting dusty materials.
