Opportunity description

The subject of the Order is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 444 units of Security Screening Equipment for the Airport being implemented under the Port Polska investment program. Due to the specific nature of the equipment, the Order is divided into 8 Parts. The scope of work required to be completed for each Part is uniform and applies to each type of UKB constituting the subject of the given Part, regardless of the type and number of UKB. The subject of each Part is specified in Appendix No. 14 to the Description of Needs and Requirements (hereinafter: "OPW"). A detailed description of the subject of the order and information concerning the dialogue are provided in the OPW. The subject of the Order in Part 1 is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 12 HBS-EDS Security Screening Equipment units, including: 6 within the basic scope and 6 within the optional scope. The basic scope includes: - Basic Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the basic scope), - Basic Task 2 (Servicing for Basic Task 1), - Optional Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the optional scope), - Optional Task 2 (Servicing for Optional Task 1), - Optional Task 3 (Extended servicing for Basic Task 1). The subject of the Order in Part 2 is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 82 Dual View x-ray Security Screening Equipment units, with dimensions: Dual View x-ray 60x40* Dual View x-ray 70x50* Dual View x-ray 100x100* Dual View x-ray 140x140* Dual View x-ray 180x180*, including: 42 Security Screening Equipment units within the basic scope and 40 within the optional scope. The basic scope includes: - Basic Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the basic scope), - Basic Task 2 (Servicing for Basic Task 1), - Optional Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the optional scope), - Optional Task 2 (Servicing for Optional Task 1), - Optional Task 3 (Extended servicing for Basic Task 1). *The dimensions provided are expressed in centimeters and refer to the minimum tunnel dimensions (tunnel width x height). Aspects related to possible deviations from the specified dimensions will be discussed during the dialogue meetings. The subject of the Order in Part 3 is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 35 CB-EDS+ATRS Security Screening Equipment units, including: 27 Security Screening Equipment units within the basic scope and 8 within the optional scope. The basic scope includes: - Basic Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the basic scope), - Basic Task 2 (Servicing for Basic Task 1), - Optional Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the optional scope), - Optional Task 2 (Servicing for Optional Task 1), - Optional Task 3 (Extended servicing for Basic Task 1). The subject of the Order in Part 4 is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 94 ETD Security Screening Equipment units, including: 79 Security Screening Equipment units within the basic scope and 15 within the optional scope. The basic scope includes: - Basic Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the basic scope), - Basic Task 2 (Servicing for Basic Task 1), - Optional Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the optional scope), - Optional Task 2 (Servicing for Optional Task 1), - Optional Task 3 (Extended servicing for Basic Task 1). The subject of the Order in Part 5 is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 42 Security Scanners Security Screening Equipment units, including: 34 Security Screening Equipment units within the basic scope and 8 within the optional scope. The basic scope includes: - Basic Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the basic scope), - Basic Task 2 (Servicing for Basic Task 1), - Optional Task 1 (Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment for the optional scope), - Optional Task 2 (Servicing for Optional Task 1), - Optional Task 3 (Extended servicing for Basic Task 1). The subject of the Order in Part 6 is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning and servicing of 124 WTMD + HHMD Security Screening Equipment units, including: 93 Security Screening Equipment units within the basic scope and 31 within the optional scope.
