Opportunity description
The subject of the Contract is the supply by the Contractor, in the years 2027-2028, of crushed stone ballast, described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, together with transport in the quantities, by the deadlines and to the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the delivery schedules Task 1 – covers the supply, in the years 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of 104 000 tonnes of fraction 31,5/50, grade 1, class 1, including: a) in 2027, the contract covers the supply, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of 52 300 tonnes of crushed stone ballast (in accordance with Annex 1 to the OPZ). b) in 2028, the contract covers the supply, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of 51 700 tonnes of crushed stone ballast (in accordance with Annex 1a to the OPZ). Task 2 – covers the supply, in the years 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of 110 140 tonnes of fraction 31,5/50, grade 1, class 1, including: a) in 2027, the contract covers the supply, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of 54 720 tonnes of crushed stone ballast (in accordance with Annex 2 to the OPZ); b) in 2028, the contract covers the supply, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of 55 420 tonnes of crushed stone ballast (in accordance with Annex 2a to the OPZ).
