Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of banking services for the budget of the City of Zduńska Wola in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030 and the taking out by the City of Zduńska Wola of an overdraft facility to cover the temporary deficit occurring during the year in the years 2027–2030. 2. The contract includes: 1) opening, maintaining and closing bank accounts, 2) executing domestic and foreign transfer orders, including instant transfers, 3) processing all deposits into the Contracting Authority’s accounts and withdrawals from those accounts, 4) providing, including installing and reinstalling, electronic banking software on workstations indicated by the Contracting Authority and servicing it, 5) providing electronic banking services, 6) generating and providing bank statements, 7) issuing and servicing payment cards, 8) enabling the Contracting Authority’s counterparties to make payments to the Contracting Authority’s accounts using POS terminals, including providing, installing and servicing POS terminals and processing transactions made using them with cards issued under international payment systems, 9) granting (in each year of the contract term) an overdraft facility on the City’s budget account, 10) training employees designated by the Contracting Authority in the use of electronic banking and terminals and providing them with support by telephone or electronic mail, at least during the operating hours of the entities (including remotely, e.g. via MS Teams), 11) ensuring substantive and technical support from bank advisers appointed for the Contracting Authority, 12) a service for investing surplus funds, 13) issuing certificates, opinions and other documents concerning the cooperation, 14) informing the Contracting Authority by telephone and email about attachments of property rights constituting receivables from the Contracting Authority’s bank accounts received by the Contractor, before execution of the attachment, 15) providing all information related to the performance of the subject of the contract, 16) other banking activities. 3. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of organizational units of the City of Zduńska Wola (upward or downward) or to change the names and addresses of entities as a result of organizational changes. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have (as at 4 January 2027 and throughout the entire service provision period), within Zduńska Wola, its head office or a branch/sub-branch to serve the Contracting Authority to the full extent, i.e. within the scope covered by the subject of the contract, at least 5 days a week, for a minimum of 8 hours per day. 5.
