Opportunity description

1. The procedure has been divided into 12 lots: Lot 1 covers the supply of scent absorbers for osmological traces; Lot 2 covers the supply of sterile disposable swabs in tubes; Lot 3 covers the supply of glass jars, buckets, plastic bottles, paper bags, cable ties, cardboard/evidence packaging, construction chalk, grey packing tape; Lot 4 covers the supply of drying envelopes, trace labels, drying sleeves, sleeve-sealing tape, foil security tape, stretch film; Lot 5 covers the supply of GA02 kits for collecting evidence of sexual offences; Lot 6 covers the supply of DNA collection kits with an FTA card; Lot 7 covers the supply of fingerprint pads, fingerprint rollers, fingerprint ink, spray lacquer – a fixative for forensic examination of toolmarks and footprints, contrast spray for forensic examination of traces in snow, spray lacquer – geodetic marking paint; Lot 8 covers the supply of fingerprint film for toolmarks and footprints, adhesive vinyl fingerprint film, fingerprint powder (various types), applicator brushes (various types), carbon-fibre brushes, marabou-feather brushes, transparent fingerprint film, film for collecting microtraces; Lot 9 covers the supply of scales (various types), adhesive numbers with a scale, contrasting backing (various types); Lot 10 covers the supply of a set of tablets for preparing a solution used to detect blood traces, aluminium food foil, Mirkosil paste/silicone with catalyst, strip tests for enzymatic detection of blood traces using the contact method, GSR kits for securing traces following the discharge of a firearm; Lot 11 covers the supply of chemical-resistant gloves, threaded vials, threaded ND24 caps, unassembled ND24 septa, vial racks, LDPE Pasteur pipettes, 70% medical isopropanol, Prep Pad disinfection swabs; Lot 12 covers the supply of POLICJA security tape. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the quantities of the assortment ordered are set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (tender form) and in Annex No. 1 to the Draft contractual provisions, separately for each lot of the procedure. The Contracting Authority requires the assortment offered to be new and to meet all the requirements described in the above-mentioned annexes. The method of contract performance is described in the Draft contractual provisions, which constitute Annex No. 3 to this SWZ. 3. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all lots of the procedure. A tender must be submitted for the entire assortment specified in the individual lots of the contract. 4. The contract will be concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of its conclusion or until the financial resources allocated for performance of the contract are exhausted. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the subject matter of the contract successively, within 21 working days calculated from the time a partial order is placed. 6. The place of contract performance is the warehouse of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław at ul. Sokolnicza 12, 53-676 Wrocław. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require a tender security deposit. 8. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond. 9. The Contracting Authority provides for amendments to the concluded contract as specified in § 9 of the PPU. 10. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law, the so-called “reverse order of tender evaluation”. 11.
