The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, reference red blood cells, and control and consumable materials, together with the lease of equipment for immunohematology testing using the column gel agglutination method, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract, to the Analytical Laboratories of the Beskid Oncology Center – John Paul II Municipal Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, at the locations at 18 Wyzwolenia Street and 21 Wyspiańskiego Street. The lease includes the following equipment: for the Analytical Laboratory located at 21 Wyspiańskiego Street: • centrifuge with a capacity of 12-24 microcards – 1 unit, • automatic pipette adapted to the method, with a stand – 2 units, • microcard incubator – 1 unit, • centrifuge with a horizontal rotor – 1 unit, • diluent dispenser – 2 units, • automatic immunohematology analyzer with software in Polish - 1 unit, for the Analytical Laboratory located at 18 Wyzwolenia Street: • centrifuge with a capacity of 12-24 microcards – 1 unit, • automatic pipette adapted to the method, with a stand - 2 units, • microcard incubator – 1 unit, • diluent dispenser – 2 units. • automatic immunohematology analyzer with software in Polish - 1 unit, The range and quantity of reagents and consumables are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, and the threshold parameters of the reagents and leased equipment are specified in detail in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
