1.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 3200 sets of brand-new brake pads of the COFREN FRENDO SP201/320 SI type, drawing No. C112595/24115, or equivalent, for use in EN76 series EMUs. Equivalent pads must be approved for use in the above-mentioned vehicle type, have identical functions and parameters, and their use will not require obtaining a new authorization to place the EN76 series EMU vehicle on the market. 2. One set of pads consists of 2 (two) brake pads – right and left. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to have: 1) a UIC certificate compliant with UIC 541-3, issued for the offered type of brake pad, 2) a technical drawing of the offered type of brake pad, 3) a product data sheet specifying the basic technical parameters of the offered brake pads. 4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its appendices that refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, pursuant to Art. 101(4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority permits the use of solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated in the SWZ and appendices, if they make it possible to obtain characteristics or parameters no worse than those referenced. If equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor is required to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the offered technical parameters with respect to the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall prove in the tender, in particular by means of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Pzp Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree. 5. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Chapter IV, section 1, points 1)-3) of the SWZ, and in Chapter IV, section 3 of the SWZ (if applicable). If the Contractor does not submit the subject-matter evidence or the submitted subject-matter evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Art. 107(2) of the Pzp Act, shall call upon the Contractor to submit or supplement the subject-matter evidence referred to in Chapter IV, section 1, points 1)-3) of the SWZ, and in Chapter IV, section 3 of the SWZ (if applicable). 6. If the Contractor intends to rely on the official certificate referred to in the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors, it is required to indicate this in Part II, Section A of the JEDZ, providing: the number and designation of the certificate, the full name of the certifying entity that issued the document, the validity period of the certificate, and the exact scope of the grounds for exclusion or conditions for participation in relation to which the Contractor relies on this certificate. 1.
