Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation, under the “design and build” formula, of design documentation and the execution of construction works, in accordance with the Contractor’s tender, prepared on the basis of materials received from the Contracting Authority during the public procurement procedure, in particular within the framework of the Contract Documents; the Contractor undertakes to carry out the undertaking (Investment) entitled: “PNT eXperience – expansion of the Park Naukowo-Technologiczny w Opolu in terms of data processing center space and the creation of a cloud platform”. The subject of the Contract is being implemented as part of a Project co-financed by the EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER THE EUROPEAN FUNDS FOR OPOLSKIE 2021-2027 under call number: FEOP.01.08-IP.01-001/25; Priority of the FEO 2021–2027 program: 01 – European Funds for increasing the innovativeness and competitiveness of Opolskie. Measure: 01.08 – Support for business environment institutions. Policy objective: a more competitive and smarter Europe by promoting innovative and smart economic transformation and regional digital connectivity. Specific objective: enhancing the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in SMEs, including through productive investments. Operational objective of the “Opolskie 2030” Strategy: strong industries.
