The subject of the contract is construction work related to the implementation of the investment project entitled construction of a sports hall and modernization of School Complex No. 17 at 12a Promienista Street in Warsaw. The Contracting Authority intends to apply Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act) in the procedure. The Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose tender was rated highest with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
