Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of materials for the maintenance of building facilities in the following sectors: construction and finishing, electrical installation and lighting, plumbing and sanitary, and floor coverings. 2. The materials supplied must be brand-new, unused and free from physical and legal defects. They must be supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging, with a label containing at least: the product name and identification details, the manufacturer’s identification details, the place of production and the country of origin. The materials must meet the requirements of the relevant harmonised standard or have a European or national technical assessment, if required for the product concerned. Furthermore, they must be authorised for marketing and use in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. Each product supplied must have documentation in Polish containing technical data and product parameters enabling verification of its compliance with the specification and the specified minimum requirements. 3.
