Opportunity description

1. The procedure is conducted as a restricted tender in the fields of defence and security pursuant to Art. 410(1) of the Public Procurement Law. A restricted tender, pursuant to Art. 140 of the Public Procurement Law, is a procurement procedure in which, in response to a contract notice, all interested contractors may submit requests to participate in the procedure, while tenders may be submitted only by contractors invited to submit tenders. 2. As a result of this procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded, on the basis of which specific contracts will be concluded in accordance with Art. 422 of the Public Procurement Law, pursuant to the procedure specified in the draft provisions of the framework agreement. 3. Contractors shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting a tender. Contractors undertake not to raise any claims against the Contracting Authority on this account. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure. 4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for conducting the electronic auction referred to in Art. 227 of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submitting tenders if circumstances arise that render further conduct of the procedure unjustified. 6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 8,000 plate carrier-type bullet-proof vests under a framework agreement. 1. The subject matter of the contract has been defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary – CPV Code: 35815100-1 3. The purpose of conducting this procedure is to select a maximum of three Contractors with whom a framework agreement will be concluded. The conditions for performance of the contract have been specified in the SWZ and its Annexes. 4. The Contracting Authority permits the Contractor to entrust performance of the contract to subcontractors. Procedure: restricted.
