1. Subject matter of the contract The recruitment and coordination service for the mentoring process for companies in difficulty includes the following activities: • recruitment of 200 entrepreneurs in difficulty; • provision of a mentoring process for an entrepreneur in difficulty; • coordination of the mentoring process for entrepreneurs in difficulty; The provision of the service will form part of the project entitled Mentoring for companies in difficulty - support for entrepreneurs, financed from the funds of the European Funds for Social Development Programme (FERS), Priority I: Skills, Measure 01.03 Human resources for a modern economy. 2.
