Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the construction and implementation of an ICT system – a multi-channel customer service platform supporting comprehensive user service. The scope of the contract includes conducting a pre-implementation analysis, developing design documentation, supplying and configuring the necessary software, and implementing three integrated system components: 1) Contact Center, 2) Internet Portal, and 3) E-learning Platform. A detailed description can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the appendices to the OPZ, i.e.: Appendix No. 1A to the OPZ – specification of requirements for the Contact Center; Appendix No. 1B to the OPZ – specification of requirements for the Internet Portal; Appendix No. 1C to the OPZ – specification of requirements for the E-learning Platform.
