Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive catering service during the event entitled “17th Lower Silesian Traditions Festival”, organized at the Wrocław Opera at 35 Świdnicka Street in Wrocław on 7 November 2026. The service includes the preparation, transport, carrying in, and serving of meals and beverages, provision of waiting staff, catering equipment, tableware, equipment for maintaining the appropriate temperature of dishes, arrangement of tables, ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, and cleaning of the place where the service is provided after its completion. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance have been specified by the Contracting Authority in the Draft contract, in particular in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the Draft contract, which together constitute Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority specifies requirements regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act, but does not specify requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act.
