1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance, over a period of three years, of comprehensive bodywork and paint repairs of KSP official vehicles (in accordance with the Order), commissioned by the Contracting Authority in two areas: a) Services related to bodywork and paint repairs
Opportunity description
1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance, over a period of three years, of comprehensive bodywork and paint repairs of KSP official vehicles (in accordance with the Order), commissioned by the Contracting Authority in two areas: a) Bodywork and paint repair services reimbursed by Insurance Companies, b) Bodywork and paint repair services financed by the Warsaw Metropolitan Police Headquarters, 2. The Contracting Authority shall deliver the vehicle to the Contractor’s service facility on its own, during the Contractor’s service facility working hours. 3. The Contractor shall accept the vehicle into the service facility on the basis of an acceptance/collection report indicating all identified damage to the bodywork and any missing equipment. In addition, it shall prepare photographic documentation (on a digital medium) of the entire vehicle body, especially all damage included in the acceptance-collection report. After preparing the acceptance-collection report, the Contractor shall send this document to the Contracting Authority by e-mail on the same day. The Contractor shall archive the above report together with the photographic documentation in its resources for the term of the contract and shall make it available at every request of the Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor shall commence performance of the service on the basis of a written order sent by the Contracting Authority by e-mail: - in the case of repairs at the insurer’s expense, on the basis of the authorisation included in the Repair Order, - in the case of repairs at KSP’s expense, on the basis of the Order (Appendix No. 2), 5. The Contractor shall perform repairs reimbursed by Insurance Companies in accordance with the guidelines of the insurer of the party responsible for the damage to the vehicle and on the basis of the applicable legal provisions in this regard. 6. The Contractor shall perform repairs financed by KSP on the basis of the provisions presented herein in this description of the subject matter of the contract. 7. Within 3 working days from the date the vehicle is delivered to the service facility, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle free of charge and to prepare and send the Contracting Authority by e-mail a repair cost estimate generated from the AUDATEX system. 8. After the service has been performed, the Contracting Authority shall collect the vehicle from the Contractor’s premises at its own expense. 9. A correctly issued VAT invoice shall be paid by the Contractor following positive verification, at the Contracting Authority’s premises, by the Technical Inspector of the KSP Technical Department of the service performed in terms of its compliance with the issued order and the repair cost estimate.
