Supply of equipment for ablation procedures for supraventricular and ventricular cardiac arrhythmias - 8 assortment tasks. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the SWZ. Ablation set using the CARTO 3D electroanatomical system (three-dimensional cardiac mapping), together with the lease of an RF generator compatible with the electrode and the CARTO system: 1. Thermocool Smart-Touch ablation catheters for the CARTO system - 40 pcs. 2. Cable to the ablation generator for the subject matter of the contract from item 1 - 1 pc. 3. Non-irrigated ablation catheters - 30 pcs. 4. Cable to the ablation generator for the subject matter of the contract from item 3 - 1 pc. 5. Steerable transseptal sheath - 10 pcs. 6. Connecting cable for the subject matter of the contract from item 5 - 1 pc. 7. Tubing for Thermocool catheters compatible with the Cool Flow Biosense–Cordis pump - 120 pcs. 8. Ref patches for the CARTO system - 70 sets 9. Lease of an RF generator compatible with the electrode and the CARTO system - 12 months Ablation catheters for atrial flutter: 8 mm tip made of metal with increased thermal conductivity: 1. Set for PFA electroporation ablation (pulsed field ablation), together with the lease of a console dedicated to the above-mentioned procedure, an RF generator, and a system for 3D procedures: 1. Catheter for performing atrial fibrillation treatment procedures using PFA, integrated with a 3D electroanatomical navigation system - 50 pcs. 2. Catheter for performing atrial fibrillation treatment procedures using PFA, non-navigated - 50 pcs. 3. Steerable electrode delivery sheath dedicated to the above-mentioned electrodes - 100 pcs. 4. Ablation electrode delivering PFA energy point-by-point, with a mapping function - 5 pcs. 5. Cable for connecting the above-mentioned electrodes - 5 pcs. 6. Location sensor for 3D procedures - 50 pcs. 7. Steerable 10-pole diagnostic electrode - 50 pcs. 8. Cable for the steerable 10-pole electrode - 3 pcs. 9. Transseptal puncture set - 20 pcs. 10.
