Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the Supply of scientific and research equipment for the Centre for Digital Biology and Biomedical Sciences – Biobank Łódź®. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, containing the required and minimum parameter values, is provided in the Assortment and Price Sheet (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). The equipment offered must be fully functional, not be samples, not have previously been the subject of exhibitions or presentations, and be free of the rights of third persons or entities. The contract has been divided into 2 parts: Part No. 1: apparatus for the automatic isolation of nucleic acids from biological material samples Part No. 2: apparatus for automating the protocol for performing assays using Illumina microarrays in the EX reagent system Supply of apparatus for the automatic isolation of nucleic acids from biological material samples. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, containing the required and minimum parameter values, is provided in the Assortment and Price Sheet (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). The term “supply” shall mean the delivery of brand-new and unused equipment indicated by the Contractor in the tender, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery to the building and room of the University of Łódź, Centre for Digital Biology and Biomedical Sciences – Biobank Łódź®, indicated by the Contracting Authority, meeting the requirements of the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Assortment and Price Sheet – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), together with the costs of transport and insurance for the duration of transport, its assembly/installation, connection, configuration, commissioning and verification of correct operation (in accordance with the detailed OPZ), as well as training the designated members of the Contracting Authority’s laboratory staff in the operation of the equipment. The contract is co-financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the project entitled Investment in scientific and research equipment for the automation of a high-throughput research protocol involving DNA isolation and genetic assays using Illumina microarrays (English: Investment in research equipment to automate the high-throughput research protocol, including DNA isolation and genetic testing using Illumina microarrays). The project is implemented under a grant for the implementation of an investment related to scientific activity (normal procedure – competition ^), from funds awarded by the MNiSW on the basis of agreement No. 2354/0335/IA/SP /2025, project metric B25110IB000005100.
