The subject matter of this contract is the supply of a brand-new (unused) low- and high-pressure thermogravimetric analyzer coupled with a mass spectrometer, together with software (TGMS), free from legal and physical defects, under the project “Modernization of laboratories for polymer technology and thermal analysis”. 2. A description of the minimum technical requirements (technical and quality parameters) and other characteristics of the subject matter of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 above (the so-called Technical and scope description of the subject matter of the supply) is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
