1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of chemical reagents for the needs of PUM units in Szczecin, divided into 4 parts. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the price form for each of the 4 parts, constituting an attachment to the SWZ. The templates of the Price Forms, separately for each part, have been prepared as a single attachment in an Excel file. When submitting a tender, the Price Form appropriate to the part for which the tender is being submitted must be completed (the remaining—unnecessary—price forms may be deleted or left uncompleted). It is recommended that the Contractor attach to the tender the Price Form appropriate to the part for which the tender is being submitted, in an editable format (.xls) in addition to a non-editable format. 2.
