Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of chocolates. 2. A detailed description of the supply that is the subject matter of these proceedings is contained in the “Product and Price Sheet” constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This description must be read together with amendments to the content of the SWZ, resulting, for example, from responses provided to contractors’ inquiries. 3. The Contractor is required to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 4. The recipients of the subject matter of the contract are specified in the Product and Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 1.
