Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a modular high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, for the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes: a) delivery, assembly and installation, configuration, commissioning and inspection of all equipment modules at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, b) provision of two-day training for designated employees of the Contracting Authority (a maximum of 4 persons) in the operation of the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 38432200-4 (chromatographs). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics, ul. Kładki 24/63, 80-822 Gdańsk. 6. The Contracting Authority requires a 24-month warranty for the equipment. Details concerning the warranty are contained in § 7 of the draft contract – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 7. Following conclusion of the contract, the Contracting Authority intends to apply for a 0% VAT rate pursuant to Art. 83(14)(1) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended) – with regard to desktop computer sets and the monitor. 1.
