Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the emergency maintenance of green areas: cleaning the area, removing and transporting waste and refuse, mowing grass, maintaining and cutting down trees and shrubs, including stump grinding, removing ice, and snow removal). The contract is of an emergency nature and will be performed successively, on the basis of written work orders issued by the Contracting Authority. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the documentation constituting Part III of the SWZ and the provisions of the model contract. The subject matter of the contract is the emergency maintenance of green areas: cleaning the area, removing and transporting waste and refuse, mowing grass, maintaining and cutting down trees and shrubs, including stump grinding, removing ice, and snow removal). The contract is of an emergency nature and will be performed successively, on the basis of written work orders issued by the Contracting Authority. Scope of the contract: 1) mowing the area (grass and weeds), including raking and transporting the mown grass and weeds to the composting facility at the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK) in Opole at ul. Podmiejska 69 in Opole or to another waste processing installation, hereinafter referred to as “RIPOK” (including waste acceptance costs); 2) removing accumulated mixed municipal waste, including loading and transporting it to RIPOK or to another waste processing installation (including waste processing costs); 3) loading and transporting mixed municipal waste collected and packed into bags by other entities (e.g. prisoners performing cleaning work for the city, beneficiaries of the Municipal Family Assistance Centre), or loaded into a container by other entities, and transporting it to RIPOK or to another waste processing installation; 4) removing accumulated waste other than municipal waste (e.g. construction rubble, bulky waste), including loading and transporting it to RIPOK or to another waste processing installation (including waste processing costs); 5) removing accumulated hazardous waste, including loading, transporting and appropriately managing it—recovery or disposal (including processing costs); 6) mechanical felling of trees under difficult conditions using a mounting lift, trees with a circumference from 12 cm to 50 cm; 7) mechanical felling of trees under difficult conditions using a mounting lift, trees with a circumference from 51 cm to 100 cm; 8) mechanical felling of trees under difficult conditions using a mounting lift, trees with a circumference from 101 cm to 180 cm; 9) mechanical felling of trees under difficult conditions using a mounting lift, trees with a circumference above 181 cm; 10) grinding tree stumps, regardless of wood hardness, to a depth of up to 35 cm, with backfilling of the hole, for a stump circumference at the cutting point from 25 cm to 80 cm, including preparation and marking of the work site; 11) grinding tree stumps, regardless of wood hardness, to a depth of up to 35 cm, with backfilling of the hole, for a stump circumference at the cutting point from 81 cm to 130 cm, including preparation and marking of the work site, 12) grinding tree stumps, regardless of wood hardness, to a depth of up to 35 cm, with backfilling of the hole, for a stump circumference at the cutting point from 131 cm to 220 cm, with preparation and marking of the work site, 13) grinding tree stumps, regardless of wood hardness, to a depth of up to 35 cm, with backfilling of the hole, for a stump circumference at the cutting point above 251 cm, including preparation and marking of the work site, 14) maintenance pruning of trees, regardless of their location and wood hardness, trees with a circumference of up to 100 cm, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act (where the safety of life or property is concerned); 15) maintenance pruning of trees, regardless of their location and wood hardness, trees with a circumference from 101 cm to 180 cm; 16) maintenance pruning of trees, regardless of their location and wood hardness, trees with a circumference above 181 cm; 17) removing windthrows (broken and uprooted trees). The scope of the work includes preparing and marking the work site, cutting off the remaining stump, cutting off branches and arranging them in piles, removing the markings and dismantling the work site, and transporting away the remains from the felling; 18) removing shoots growing around trees, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act; 19) removing self-seeded trees with a trunk diameter from 3 cm to 12 cm; 20) removing dry shrubs and hedges, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act; 21) maintenance pruning of shrubs and hedges, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act; 22) removing scrub; 23) raking leaves and transporting them to RIPOK or to another waste processing installation (including composting costs); 24) sweeping the area, including loading the waste and transporting it to RIPOK or to another waste processing installation (including processing/storage costs); 25) hoeing pathways and transporting the waste to RIPOK or to another waste processing installation (including storage costs); 26) snow removal—clearing snow, chipping away ice; 27) eliminating slipperiness—spreading sand (including the cost of sand), 28) emergency cleanup of an “illegal dumpsite”—an “illegal dumpsite” means a place not intended for waste storage where waste has been deposited illegally, i.e. in violation of the law, in particular outside designated places, where such waste is present in a quantity or form indicating its deliberate accumulation in one place and may include various waste fractions, including in particular mixed municipal waste, bulky waste, and construction and demolition waste.
