Poland – Cleaning and sanitation services – Comprehensive servicing of the GDDKiA Branch building in Katowice divided into two parts

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is divided into two parts: Part 1 entitled: “Provision of cleaning services for all rooms in the GDDKiA Branch building in Katowice and the outdoor area at ul. Myśliwska 5” – covering services in the following scope: a) systematic cleaning of offices, sanitary facilities, corridors, window cleaning, etc. in the GDDKiA Branch building in Katowice, at the agreed time, i.e. on specified days and at specified hours; b) maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor area around the GDDKIA Branch building in Katowice at ul. Myśliwska 5. Place of service provision: GDDKiA office building in Katowice, ul. Myśliwska 5, Katowice, together with the adjacent area. Part 2 entitled: “Services involving minor maintenance work for the GDDKiA Branch in Katowice” – covering services in the following scope: a) Locksmithing work, b) General construction work, c) Electrical installation work, d) Carpentry work, e) Plumbing work, f) General maintenance work on the central heating (CO) installation. Place of service provision: Services involving minor maintenance and renovation work and rectification of failures will be performed at the following locations: a) GDDKiA office building in Katowice, ul. Myśliwska 5, Katowice, together with the adjacent area; b) building of the Department of Technology and Road Construction Quality – Road Laboratory, ul. Drogowców 6, 43-600 Jaworzno; c) premises occupied by employees of the Road Information Point/Motorway Management Centre located in Zabrze at ul.
