The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots. The Contracting Authority is not dividing this contract into lots for the reasons indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variants. 4. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 5. The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements concerning the Contractor’s employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 6. The Contracting Authority permits the participation of subcontractors in the performance of the contract. If subcontractors participate in the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 462(2) of the Pzp Act, requires the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the business names of the subcontractors, if already known. Entrusting the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the contract. The subcontracting requirements have been specified in the PPU. 7. The requirements referred to in Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act do not apply to a public procurement procedure whose subject is supplies. 8. The Contracting Authority informs that the estimated net value of this contract is PLN 96,371.66. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require a tender security deposit in this procedure. 10. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond in this procedure. 11. The Contracting Authority does not permit the conclusion of a framework agreement. 12. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate selecting the most advantageous tender using an electronic auction. 13. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogues. 14. All costs associated with participation in the procedure, in particular with preparing and submitting the tender, shall be borne by the Contractor submitting the tender. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure. 15. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act if the funds it intended to allocate to performance of the contract are not granted to it in whole or in part. The Contracting Authority is entitled to cancel the procedure on the aforementioned grounds at any stage thereof and with respect to selected lots of the contract. Detailed description in the SWZ.
