Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for teaching and administrative facilities and the outdoor areas adjacent to these facilities belonging to the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra, divided into 2 parts: Part 1 of the contract is “Cleaning of the buildings and outdoor areas of the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra located at ul. Lwówecka, ul. Kadetów and ul. Podchorążych”; this part of the contract includes: a) teaching and administrative facilities located in the university complex at ul. Lwówecka 18, b) the indoor swimming pool building located in the university complex at ul. Lwówecka 18, c) the Student Residence building located at ul. Kadetów 1, d) the Student Integration Centre building at ul. Kadetów 3, e) the outdoor area adjacent to the facilities located at ul. Lwówecka 18, ul. Kadetów 1 and ul. Kadetów 3, and ul. Podchorążych; Part 2 of the contract is “Cleaning of the building and outdoor area of the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra located at ul. Zamoyskiego”; this part of the contract includes: a) the Żłobek Żaczek nursery building located at ul. Zamoyskiego 7 in Jelenia Góra, b) part of the outdoor area adjacent to the Żłobek Żaczek nursery building at ul. Zamoyskiego 7 in Jelenia Góra. 2) The Contractor undertakes to perform the cleaning service using its own tools and technical equipment for maintaining cleanliness and its own cleaning, disinfecting (including for disinfecting door handles, handrails, power switches, flat surfaces, plexiglass screens, etc.), hygiene and fragrance products, rubbish bags (waste segregation is mandatory at the university), paper towels, toilet paper and liquid soap. All chemical agents used must have authorisation documentation compliant with the Act on the Conformity Assessment System (consolidated text of 24 November 2022, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215, as amended) or substance safety data sheets. During the term of the contract, at each request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will be required to present the above-mentioned documents. 3) The service must be performed in compliance with sanitary regimes and in accordance with applicable technologies and regulations. 4) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the scope of work and frequency of performance of the work covered by the contract, performance conditions and operating recommendations, as well as a list of the types of floors and their surface areas, wall tile surface areas, and window and glazed-door surface areas in the facilities, is set out, respectively, in the annexes entitled “Description of the subject matter of the contract” to the SWZ: for Part 1 – Annex No. 2.1 Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract and Annexes 2.1a, 2.1b, site maps, 2.1c list of surface areas, Annexes containing technical or photographic documentation: Building No. 1, Building No. 2 Medical Centre, Building No. 3 WNMiT WNHiS, Building No. 6, Building No. 8 Workshop, Building No. 12 Administrative Building, Building No. 13 BiCIN, Building No. 22 Sports Hall, Building No. 9 Indoor Swimming Pool, Pod Jeleniem Student Residence, Pod Jelonkiem Student Integration Centre; for Part 2 – Annex No. 2.2 Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract and 2.2a site map, technical documentation for the Żłobek Żaczek nursery building a) teaching and administrative facilities located in the university complex at ul.
