The subject matter of the contract is the provision of daily cleaning services for the facilities of Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into parts/tasks: Task 1: Cleaning of the teaching building at al. Armii Krajowej 13/15 in Częstochowa Task 2: Cleaning of the teaching building at ul. Zbierskiego 6 in Częstochowa Task 3: Cleaning of the teaching building and property at ul. Dąbrowskiego 14 in Częstochowa Task 4: Cleaning of the teaching building together with the book storage facility at al. Armii Krajowej 36a in Częstochowa Task 5: Cleaning of the teaching building at ul. Zbierskiego 2/4 in Częstochowa Task 6 Cleaning of the teaching building at ul. Waszyngtona 4/8 in Częstochowa A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of the contractor's tasks are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. Requirements concerning employment under an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act: The Contracting Authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing all cleaning activities and serving as coordinators, i.e. under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 277, as amended). The Contractor may use subcontractors in the performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the tender to indicate the parts of the contract that the Contractor intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of the subcontractors, if already known. The absence of information will mean that the Contractor intends to perform the contract independently. The contract will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority recommends that the contractor conduct a site visit before submitting a tender. The date of the site visit must be agreed with the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority requires that, prior to commencing performance of the contract, the Contractor indicate, if already known, the surnames and first names or names and contact details of subcontractors and their contact persons involved in performing the subject matter of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to notify the Contracting Authority of any changes to the aforementioned data during contract performance and to provide information on new subcontractors to whom it subsequently intends to entrust performance of the contract. Contract performance period: from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2027. The tender shall be submitted exclusively through the Procurement Platform. All applications, declarations, information, notices and enquiries other than the tender shall be transmitted on the Platform using the “Send a message to the contracting authority” form. The maximum size of a single file transmitted via the dedicated forms for submitting, amending or withdrawing a tender is 150 MB, while for communications the maximum file size is 500 MB.
