Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the cleaning of buildings and their surroundings at the disposal of the Regional Court in Kielce, as well as cleaning and maintenance work, in accordance with the detailed description contained in the annexes to the SWZ. The procedure has been divided into 5 lots. The contract includes: 1) Cleaning of premises in the building of the Regional Court in Kielce, ul. Seminaryjska 12a, excluding the building surroundings and the car park, as well as excluding the underground car parks. Total cleaning area approx. 9 741,90 m². 2) Cleaning of the premises and surroundings of the building of the Regional Court in Kielce, ul. Wróblewskiego 4. Total cleaning area approx. 1 703,00 m², car park area approx. 350 m². The contract includes cleaning of the premises and surroundings of the building of the District Court in Opatów, ul. Plac Obrońców Pokoju 18. Total cleaning area approx. 2 629,65 m2, car park area approx. 100 m2. The contract includes: Cleaning of the premises and surroundings of the building of the District Court in Staszów, ul. Kościuszki 2. Total cleaning area approx 2 229,35 m², car park area approx. 940 m2. Cleaning of the premises of the unit – guest room, ul. Langiewicza 13/53 in Staszów. The contract includes: 1) Cleaning of the premises and surroundings of the building of the District Court in Pińczów, ul. 3 Maja 12a. 2) Cleaning of the premises and surroundings of the building of the District Court in Pińczów, ul.1 Maja 10. Total cleaning area in both buildings approx 1781,59 m², car park area approx. 997m². The contract includes: Cleaning of the premises and surroundings of the building of the District Court in Włoszczowa, ul. Kusocińskiego 11.
