Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the CLEANING SERVICE FOR THE PREMISES OF THE DISTRICT COURT IN WEJHEROWO AND THE AREAS ADJACENT TO THE BUILDINGS OF THE DISTRICT COURT IN WEJHEROWO. 2. The subject of the contract consists of cleaning the premises of the District Court in Wejherowo and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and aesthetics in office rooms, auxiliary rooms, staff rooms, archives, sanitary facilities, passageways, the lift, the underground garage (in the building at ul. Wniebowstąpienia 4 in Wejherowo), carrying out disinfection in the event of an epidemic emergency, segregating waste in accordance with the Nationwide Waste Segregation System, maintaining cleanliness in outdoor areas, removing ice and clearing snow (if necessary, including a snow removal service – min. 20 m3, max. 200 m3), and maintenance work. 3. The subject of the contract covers the following premises of the District Court in Wejherowo: Wejherowo, Wniebowstąpienia 4 and Wejherowo, oo. Reformatów 9 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and Appendix No. 8.1 to the SWZ entitled Model Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority REQUIRES the Contractor to carry out a site visit at the place where the service is to be performed before submitting a tender, in order to obtain information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and for concluding the contract and performing the contract. The costs of the site visit shall be borne by the Contractor. The visit may be carried out on working days between 9:00 and 13:00.
