Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is a cleaning, intra-hospital transport and auxiliary service in the care of hospitalized patients at the Provincial Complex of Healthcare Institutions, Center for the Treatment of Lung Diseases and Rehabilitation in Łódź. The subject of the contract includes in particular: routine cleaning, disinfection, general cleaning, terminal disinfection, performance of auxiliary activities for patients, operation of the ward kitchen, and an internal transport service. The detailed scope of the service in question, together with the Contractor's obligations, is specified in Appendix No. 2 and Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the use of an electronic auction, is not conducting proceedings for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement, does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract exclusively to Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp, does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp, does not envisage reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, does not make the reservations referred to in Article 60 and Article 121 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority envisages the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act, which are specified in Chapter V of the SWZ, does not envisage granting advance payments toward performance of the contract, and does not envisage awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor (subcontractors). The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. The Contracting Authority permits an electronic catalog to be attached to the tender. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots.
