The subject of the contract is the provision of services for maintaining cleanliness inside buildings and cleaning the external areas belonging to the properties, together with the performance of maintenance and repair work at the facilities of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg and the subordinate district prosecutor's offices, including the provision of the cleaning products and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be performed at the following organizational units: 1) Part I - Regional Prosecutor's Office and District Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg, ul. Płk. Stanisława Dąbka 8-12, 82-300 Elbląg; 2) Part II - District Prosecutor's Office in Iława, ul. Gen. Andersa 2, 14-200 Iława; 3) Part III - District Prosecutor's Office in Ostróda, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 12, 14-100 Ostróda, and the building of the External Branch based in Morąg at ul. Warmińska 17, 14-300 Morąg; 4) Part IV- District Prosecutor's Office in Braniewo, ul. Sądowa 1, 14-500 Braniewo; 5) Part V- District Prosecutor's Office in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, ul. Grunwaldzka 28, 13-300 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie; 6) Part VI - District Prosecutor's Office in Działdowo, ul. Władysława Jagiełły 15A, 13-200 Działdowo The subject of the contract is the provision of services for maintaining cleanliness inside buildings and cleaning the external areas belonging to the properties, together with the performance of maintenance and repair work at the facilities of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg and the subordinate district prosecutor's offices, including the provision of the cleaning products and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be performed at the following organizational units: 1) Part I - Regional Prosecutor's Office and District Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg, ul. Płk. Stanisława Dąbka 8-12, 82-300 Elbląg; including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the building, with a total area to be cleaned of 3214,85 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 2.473,02 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 741,83 m2, b) maintaining cleanliness of the external areas belonging to the aforementioned property, with a total area of 3.574 m2, including: - paved surface – 3.074 m2, - green areas – 500 m2. The external area will be kept clean in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, consolidated text), in particular Article 5(1)(4), through daily sweeping of pavements and the driveway made of concrete paving blocks and granite setts, removal of mud and, depending on weather conditions, snow and ice, as well as other waste (collection of rubbish, paper, leaves, etc.), together with the removal of the effects of winter. c) maintenance and repair work (maintenance services): - up to a maximum of 540 hours during the term of the contract, with settlement based on the services actually performed and the hours actually worked, according to the rates specified by the Contractor, - The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract with respect to maintenance activities corresponding to at least 216 working hours, i.e. 40% of the estimated number of working hours specified in the SWZ and the tender form. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for maintaining cleanliness inside buildings and cleaning the external areas belonging to the properties, together with the performance of maintenance and repair work at the facilities of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg and the subordinate district prosecutor's offices, including the provision of the cleaning products and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be performed at the following organizational units: Part II - District Prosecutor's Office in Iława, ul. Gen. Andersa 2, 14-200 Iława. PART II – performance of the service constituting the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Iława, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the building, with a total area to be cleaned of 1.146,48 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 625,10 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 521,38 m2, b) maintaining cleanliness of the external areas belonging to the aforementioned property, with a total area of 1.203 m2, including: - paved surface – 808 m2, - green areas – 395 m2. Warmińska 17,14-300 Morąg; PART III – performance of the service constituting the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Ostróda and at the External Branch based in Morąg, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the premises of the District Prosecutor's Office in Ostróda, with a total area to be cleaned of 926,56 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 583,26 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 343,30 m2, b) maintaining cleanliness in the premises of the External Branch in Morąg, with a total area to be cleaned of 207,40 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 150,40 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 57 m2, c) maintenance and repair work (maintenance services): - up to a maximum of 144 hours at the District Prosecutor's Office in Ostróda and 72 hours at the External Branch in Morąg, for a total of 216 hours during the term of the contract, with settlement based on the services actually performed and the hours actually worked, according to the rates specified by the Contractor, -The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract with respect to maintenance activities corresponding to at least 86 working hours, i.e. 40% of the estimated number of working hours specified in the SWZ and the tender form. The services will be performed at the following organizational units: Part IV- District Prosecutor's Office in Braniewo, ul. Sądowa 1, 14-500 Braniewo. PART IV – performance of the service constituting the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Braniewo, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the premises, with a total area to be cleaned of 199,95 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 187,47 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 12,48 m2, b) maintenance and repair work (maintenance services): - up to a maximum of 144 hours at the District Prosecutor's Office in Braniewo during the term of the contract, with settlement based on the services actually performed and the hours actually worked, according to the rates specified by the Contractor, - The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract with respect to maintenance activities corresponding to at least 58 working hours, i.e. 40 % of the estimated number of working hours specified in the SWZ and the tender form, c) grass mowing on the building plot at ul. Moniuszki/Zielona in Braniewo – with a total area of 1.549 m2: - The Contracting Authority assumes 54 working hours for the performance of the grass-mowing service throughout the entire contract-performance period, - The assumed number of working hours was estimated on the basis that the service would be performed for 3 hours per month in the months from May to October of each year of the contract term, i.e. for a total of 18 months during the 36-month contract-performance period, The subject of the contract is the provision of services for maintaining cleanliness inside buildings and cleaning the external areas belonging to the properties, together with the performance of maintenance and repair work at the facilities of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg and the subordinate district prosecutor's offices, including the provision of the cleaning products and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be performed at the following organizational units: Part V- District Prosecutor's Office in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, ul. Grunwaldzka 28, 13-300 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. PART V – performance of the service constituting the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the premises, with a total area to be cleaned of 115,50 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 107,71 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 7,79 m2, b) maintenance and repair work (maintenance services): – up to a maximum of 72 hours during the term of the contract, with settlement based on the services actually performed and the hours actually worked, according to the rates specified by the Contractor, - The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract with respect to maintenance activities corresponding to at least 29 working hours, i.e. 40% of the estimated number of working hours specified in the SWZ and the tender form. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for maintaining cleanliness inside buildings and cleaning the external areas belonging to the properties, together with the performance of maintenance and repair work at the facilities of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg and the subordinate district prosecutor's offices, including the provision of the cleaning products and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be performed at the following organizational units: Part VI - District Prosecutor's Office in Działdowo, ul. Władysława Jagiełły 15A, 13-200 Działdowo. PART VI – performance of the service constituting the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Działdowo, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the building, with a total area to be cleaned of 624,12 m2, including: - area for daily cleaning – 406,79 m2, - area for occasional cleaning – 217,33 m2, b) maintaining cleanliness of the external areas belonging to the aforementioned property, with a total area of 223,50 m2, including: - paved surface – 223,50 m2.
