Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleanliness maintenance services consisting of cleaning the interior rooms of buildings, maintaining green areas, and cleaning paved areas, including roads, pavements and squares, on the premises of military facilities in units and institutions, hereinafter referred to as the “Users”, located within the area of responsibility of the 43rd Military Economic Unit in Świętoszów. 2. The detailed scope and manner of performance and the characteristics of the subject matter of the contract have been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and in the pricing forms constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The full scope of work has been described in the annexes indicated in paragraph 2 of this chapter of the SWZ. When pricing the work, the Contractor is required to familiarize itself with the complete documentation, which functions as a whole. TYPES OF ROOMS IN WHICH THE INDOOR CLEANING SERVICE IS PROVIDED: a) ROUTINE CLEANING: 1. sanitary and hygiene rooms, including sanitary containers; 2. corridors, stairwells, halls, passageways, lift cabins; 3. general-purpose rooms (offices, registry offices, briefing rooms, changing rooms, military common rooms, libraries, tradition rooms, places of worship, auditoriums, sports halls, gyms, anti-aircraft shelters, MWR, etc.); 4. canteens, dining rooms, canteen tent; 5. attics and lofts; 6. basements; 7. Places Where Services Are Provided (MUŚ) – outpatient clinics, doctors’ offices, treatment rooms; b) CLEANING ON THE ORDERING PARTY’S COORDINATOR’S INSTRUCTION. 1. Washing and cleaning roller blinds, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds and fabric roller blinds, as well as net curtains and curtains (the scope of the service also includes taking down roller blinds, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds and fabric roller blinds, net curtains and curtains for washing and rehanging them after the washing service has been performed) in all types of rooms. 2. Cleaning floor surfaces using electric mechanical equipment in canteens and dining rooms, using the appropriate type of cleaning agents depending on the surface. 3. Cleaning floor surfaces using electric mechanical equipment and the appropriate type of cleaning agents (without polishing), depending on the surface (rooms without furniture, e.g. corridors). 4. Cleaning floor surfaces, waxing and polishing floors with agents appropriate for the given type of surface, with manual washing (scrubbing) of floors (rooms in which some furniture cannot be removed, e.g. registry offices). 5. Cleaning floor surfaces and applying an acrylic/polymer/wax coating (surface polymerization), using agents appropriate for the given type of surface and electric mechanical equipment (applies to surfaces that are already somewhat damaged and worn). 6. Cleaning floor surfaces and applying an acrylic/polymer/wax coating (surface polymerization), using agents appropriate for the given type of surface, with manual washing (scrubbing) of floors (new, undamaged floor surfaces). 7. Cleaning after a failure of the water supply, sewage or heating system. 8. Washing carpets and fitted carpets. 9. Washing upholstered furniture. 10. Cleaning and maintenance of sports court surfaces – using professional anti-slip agents with increased durability and abrasion resistance, intended for high-traffic surfaces. MAINTAINING THE CLEANLINESS OF OUTDOOR AREAS, INCLUDING ROADS, PAVEMENTS, SQUARES, OTHER PASSAGEWAYS AND PAVED AREAS a) ROUTINE CLEANING: 1. cleaning outdoor areas – green and earthen surfaces, including flower beds (flower gardens, planters), 2. cleaning outdoor areas – paved surfaces, including roads, pavements, squares. 3. removing icicles and de-icing gutters and downpipes on buildings. b) CLEANING ON THE ORDERING PARTY’S COORDINATOR’S INSTRUCTION: 1. cleaning outdoor areas – green and earthen surfaces, including flower beds (flower gardens, planters); 2. cleaning outdoor areas – paved surfaces, including roads, pavements, squares; 3. cleaning outdoor areas – paved surfaces, including roads, pavements and squares, during intensified leaf fall over a period of 30 days; 4. cleaning outdoor areas – paved and unpaved surfaces – dirt roads, service performed throughout the year; 5. cleaning outdoor areas – beside buildings, structures and fencing on the inner side; 6. mowing grass in green areas or on building roofs; 7. replenishing grass surfaces in green and earthen areas, including flower beds, 8. clearing surfaces of undergrowth and shrubs; 9. removing windthrows, i.e. trees broken during strong winds and storms; 10. maintaining (cleaning) military railway sidings; 11. cleaning track cleaners, i.e. concrete ground surfaces used to remove contaminants such as earth, leaves, mud, etc. from tracked vehicles; 12. cleaning drainage inlets and linear grates, cleaning manholes; 13. replenishing plantings in green areas and flower beds (flower gardens and planters) covered by cleaning; 14. cleaning the area beyond the fence, a strip 2 m wide, including cutting self-seeded trees and branches growing out of the fence, together with mowing the grass; 15. cleaning leaves and other solid contaminants from gutters and downpipes on flat and pitched roofs; 16. Removing accumulated snow cover from flat roofs (within the scope specified by the requirements of the Act of 7 July 1994, Construction Law – Journal of Laws 2024. 725 of 14.05.2024, consolidated text), removing icicles and de-icing gutters and downpipes; 17. Washing glass and polycarbonate canopies above the main entrances to buildings; 18. Cleaning and washing outdoor shelters (smoking shelters); 19. Cleaning and washing outdoor entrance and exit gates; 20. Cleaning and washing barriers at pass offices; 21. Cleaning and washing information boards. Procedure: open.
