Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the cleaning of office premises and the property grounds, as well as the maintenance of green areas of the Lublin–West District Court in Lublin at 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin. The total internal area covered by the cleaning service is 6229 m2, and the area around the buildings is 3792 m2, of which the paved area is 3312 m2 and the green area is 480 m2. The Contractor will be required to provide cleaning services at least on every working day for the Contracting Authority. The Contractor will be required to provide the supplies and equipment needed to perform the contract, including mechanical floor-cleaning devices—at least one device in each facility. The Contractor will be required to ensure supplies of liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels, rubbish bags and surface disinfectants (the disinfectant in the hand-disinfection dispensers is replenished by the Contracting Authority). In addition to the necessary assortment with which each person providing cleaning services must be equipped, the Contractor will be required to provide each person providing cleaning services in individual rooms with separate products for: cleaning furniture, disinfection and cleaning LCD monitors. These products must be in pressurised containers and have instructions in Polish on the packaging. The factory-made pressurised container must prevent the contents from being refilled, topped up or diluted. Discovery that a person providing cleaning services in office premises does not possess any of the above-mentioned products or possesses it in packaging other than that required will be treated as a failure to comply with the terms of the contract. The external area specified in the table also includes municipal pavements adjacent to the grounds on which the Court is located. The premises and external area subject to cleaning must be kept continuously clean. The Contractor will provide the supplies and equipment necessary to perform the service.
