Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the internal areas of buildings located within the Koło Local Resident Service Team of the Real Estate Management Department in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the draft contractual provisions, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contractual provisions. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to: • provide the cleaning service using at least 4 persons employed within a maximum of 2 full-time equivalent positions. • have a person serving as the work coordinator. • hold a civil liability insurance policy for its business activities, with an insured amount of no less than PLN 176,000.00 throughout the entire term of the contract. If the contract is awarded for more than one lot concerning the cleaning service for internal areas (TZOM Koło, and/or TZOM Młynów, and/or TZOM Nowolipki, and/or TZOM Ogrodowa), the Contractor may not designate the same persons employed to perform the contract for different lots. As part of its obligations, the Contractor shall: • ensure the attendance of the work coordinator for the purpose of conducting inspections of the buildings, in the number offered in the tender. Inspections will be conducted on different days of the week. As part of a single inspection, the Contracting Authority has the right to inspect one or more buildings. • commence ozonation of the internal areas of the buildings within the deadline/time offered in the tender. 2. Requirements concerning employment on the basis of an employment relationship under the circumstances referred to in Art. 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law. a) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, i.e. in particular persons performing work within the scope of the activities indicated in Annex No. 2 to the draft contractual provisions. b) The method of verifying employment, the Contracting Authority's powers to inspect the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified in the draft contractual provisions constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 1.
