Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the interior areas of buildings located within the Ogrodowa Local Resident Services Team of the Real Estate Management Department in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the draft contractual provisions, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contractual provisions. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to: • provide the cleaning service with a minimum of 14 persons employed within a maximum of 7 full-time equivalents. • have a person serving as work coordinator. • hold a civil liability insurance policy for its business activities, with an insured amount of no less than PLN 550,000.00 throughout the entire term of the contract. If the contract is awarded for more than one lot concerning the cleaning service for interior areas (TZOM Koło, and/or TZOM Młynów, and/or TZOM Nowolipki, and/or TZOM Ogrodowa), the Contractor may not designate the same persons employed to perform the contract for different lots. As part of its duties, the Contractor shall: • ensure the attendance of the work coordinator for the purpose of inspecting the buildings, in the number offered in the tender. Inspections will be carried out on different days of the week. As part of a single inspection, the Contracting Authority has the right to inspect one or more buildings. • commence ozonation of the interior areas of the buildings within the deadline/time offered in the tender. 2. Requirements regarding employment based on an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95(1) of the Pzp Act. a) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, based on an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance, in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, i.e. in particular persons performing work within the scope of the activities indicated in Annex No. 2 to the draft contractual provisions. b) The method of verifying employment, the Contracting Authority’s powers to inspect the Contractor’s compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are set out in the draft contractual provisions constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 1.
