Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for outdoor areas located within the Koło Local Residents Service Team of the Real Estate Management Department in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the draft contractual provisions, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contractual provisions. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to: • provide the cleaning service using a minimum of 16 persons employed within a maximum of 8 full-time equivalent positions. • have two persons serving as work coordinators. • hold civil liability insurance for its business activities, with a sum insured of no less than PLN 1,794,000.00 throughout the entire term of the contract. If the contract is awarded for more than one lot concerning outdoor area cleaning services (TZOM Koło, and/or TZOM Młynów, and/or TZOM Nowolipki, and/or TZOM Ogrodowa), the Contractor may not designate the same persons employed to perform the contract for different lots. As part of its obligations, the Contractor: • in the event of sudden incidents necessitating the cleaning of an area, will commence the tasks within the deadline/time offered in the tender • will ensure the attendance of the work coordinators (coordinators A and B) to inspect the areas, in the number offered in the tender. Inspections will be conducted on different days of the week. During a single inspection, the Contracting Authority has the right to inspect one or more surfaces and areas. 2. Employment requirements based on an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law. a) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, i.e. in particular persons performing work involving the activities specified in Annex No. 2 to the draft contractual provisions. b) The method of verifying employment, the Contracting Authority's powers to inspect the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are set out in the draft contractual provisions constituting an integral part of the SWZ.
