Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the maintenance of cleanliness in the building of the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw located in Warsaw at 5 Pasteura Street. 2. The subject matter of the contract is divided into two parts: 1) Part I – cleaning of the building and its surroundings; 2) Part II – cleaning of the façade, steel structures and elevator shafts. The subject matter of the contract – Part I includes, among other things, cleaning seminar, lecture and teaching rooms, computer laboratories, halls and passageways, the underground garage inside the building and the outdoor area adjacent to the building, as well as cleaning glass surfaces from floor level and ground level and supplying and replacing mats with new ones at the entrances to the building. The subject matter of the contract – Part II includes, among other things, work related to maintaining the cleanliness of the building façade and the steel structures of internal staircases and elevator shafts, performed by persons with the appropriate qualifications and authorizations required by applicable law and using demineralized water and the Contractor's cleaning products.
