The subject of the contract is the contracted operation of the district heating system from the heat sources at Observation and Communications Point (POiŁ) Jarosławiec, building No. 1, Observation and Communications Point (POiŁ) Ustka, building No. 1, Observation and Communications Point (POiŁ) Czołpino, building No. 1, and Ustka, building No. 3, up to and including the consumers and other heat-receiving equipment, and securing heating requirements, hereinafter referred to as the district heating system in the military complexes – Infrastructure Support Section (SOI) Ustka.
