1. The procedure has been divided into 2 lots. Lot 1 includes, among other things, the supply of switches, memory card readers, USB flash drives, computer power supplies, power strips, CD and DVD discs, batteries, foil labels, mouse pads, power banks, a DisplayPort cable, and adapters. Lot 2 includes, among other things, the supply of external and internal drives and drive enclosures. 2. The Contractor shall supply devices that: a) correspond to the types of materials indicated in Annex No. 1 to the draft contractual provisions and are of good quality; b) are marked on their packaging with the symbol indicated in the assortment and quantity list constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract; c) are brand-new and come from current production, which means that they were manufactured no more than six months prior to the date of conclusion of the contract. 3. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or both lots of the procedure. A tender must be submitted for the entire assortment specified in each lot of the contract. 4. The subject matter of the contract shall be delivered within a strict deadline of up to 10 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5. Place of delivery: KWP ICT warehouse, ul. Podwale 31-33, 50-040 Wrocław. 6. The Contractor is required to secure its tender with a bid bond. The amount of the bid bond is: - for lot 1 of the procedure: PLN 17,000.00 - for lot 2 of the procedure: PLN 15,000.00 The amount of the bid bond for Contractors submitting a tender for all lots of the procedure is: PLN 32,000.00 7. The Contractor whose tender is selected shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 5% of the maximum value stated in the tender. The bond guarantees due performance of the obligation and shall be used to cover claims arising from non-performance or improper performance of the contract. 8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for amendments to the concluded contract. 9. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) and (2) of the Pzp Act, the so-called “reverse order of tender evaluation.” 10. GDPR information clause: Chapter I of the SWZ. 11. The tender validity period expires on 31.08.2026.
