Opportunity description

1. The subject of this procedure is the supply and installation of ICT equipment for the computer science laboratory at School Complex No. 5 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, implemented under the project entitled "Professional Laboratories 4 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój”, co-financed under Measure 10.14 “Vocational education infrastructure”. The subject of the contract is the supply of the following ICT equipment: The subject of the contract is the supply of ICT equipment for the computer science laboratory, comprising: 1. Interactive monitor with accessories: a) Interactive monitor – 1 pc. b) Mounting bracket – 1 pc. 2. Desktop computer – 27 pcs. 3. Computer monitor min. 27” – 26 pcs. 4. Computer monitor min. 31.5” – 1 pc. 5. HDMI cable – 27 pcs. 6. Software - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 or equivalent – 27 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. A contractor who relies on solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is required to demonstrate that the supplies or services offered by it meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), when describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PZP, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described in the procurement documentation.
