Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) scope I: delivery, including the design and implementation of the Fee Collection System and Parking Information System at the P+R Metro Stokłosy, P+R Metro Ursynów and Anin SKM car parks. 2) scope II: provision of a service consisting of servicing the systems, devices and installations completed in the attacks of Scope I. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the Subject Matter of the Contract at the following facilities: a) Młociny Transport Hub, including the P+R Metro Młociny I car park and the Car Park Management Centre, located in Warsaw at ul. Kasprowicza 145. b) P+R Metro Stokłosy car park, located in Warsaw at al. KEN 79. c) P+R Metro Ursynów car park, located in Warsaw at al. KEN 100. d) P+R Anin SKM car park, located in Warsaw at ul. Pożaryskiego 73, 3. The condition for the implementation of scope II is the acceptance by the Contracting Authority of the part of the Subject Matter of the Contract specified for scope I, consisting of the acceptance by protocol of Stage III of the first of the three locations being implemented. 4. The detailed scope and description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for scope I, the manner and conditions of its performance, and the Contracting Authority's requirements are presented in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 5. The detailed scope and description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for scope II, the manner and conditions of its performance, and the Contracting Authority's requirements are presented in the Technical Specification constituting Annex No. 1b to the SWZ.
