Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the needs of the University of Opole, divided into lots: Lot No 2 – Purchase and delivery of an ultra-high-performance computer set – 1 unit. Lot No 3 – Purchase and delivery of a central processing unit (PC) - 1 unit. Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1. with regard to Lot No 2, it is Annex No 1.2 to the SWZ, 2. with regard to Lot No 3, it is Annex No 1.3 to the SWZ. 1. The subject matter of the contract is: Lot No 2 – Purchase and delivery of an ultra-high-performance computer set – 1 unit. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Annex No 1.2 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's risk and within the remuneration (specified in the tender) due to the Contractor. 4. As part of the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver and carry into the room indicated by the Contracting Authority the complete and assembled subject matter of the contract (assembly on site is permitted) (with the parameters specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract), within the time limit specified in point 4. If the provision of additional materials, components and equipment is required for the delivered subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide them within the remuneration specified in the tender. 5. The Contractor must offer performance of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements specified in the SWZ and the annexes and must include the entire scope of the subject matter of the contract in the tender. 6. The Contracting Authority requires all units of the subject matter of the contract offered in a given lot to be identical. 7. The subject matter of the contract must meet all requirements for a safe product in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety, amending Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and repealing Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC of 10 May 2023 (OJ EU L No 135, p. 1). The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver a factory-new subject matter of the contract (in particular, not repaired, not refurbished, not previously displayed, not previously used, in the original, unopened packaging – if applicable), originating from current production and a legal distribution channel, functional, complete (in particular, with all components, parts and materials), and compliant with the OPZ. 1. The description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Annex No 1.3 to the SWZ. 3.
