1. The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery inside of 2 servers and a disk array at the premises of the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Kraków at ul. Prądnicka 76 in Kraków, with the minimum permissible parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The contract is being carried out under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan project entitled “Cybersecure Office – Raising the cybersecurity standards of the Małopolska Voivode and subordinate entities”. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 lots: - Lot 1: server – 2 units. - Lot 2: disk array – 1 unit. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the annexes to the SWZ: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - draft contractual provisions (contract template). The subject of the supply has been specified in the tender form, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. In the procedure being conducted, pursuant to Art. 139(1) in conjunction with Art. 139(2) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders submitted and will then perform the eligibility assessment of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure described in Chapter VIII of the SWZ. 5. In accordance with Art. 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract are not awarded to it. 1.
