Opportunity description

The Contracting Authority plans to carry out a contract covering the supply of desktop computers with the necessary equipment and software, as well as a device enabling LAN scanning to determine its physical parameters and locate faults, in order to ensure the proper performance of tasks carried out by the unit's employees. The need to award the contract arises from the necessity to replace worn-out computer equipment whose technical parameters no longer ensure adequate performance, security, and compatibility with the software and ICT systems in use. Some of the equipment in use has exceeded the recommended service life, resulting in increased failure rates, longer task completion times, and higher maintenance and servicing costs. The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open procedure. The subject of the contract is the supply of computers and IT equipment. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of tenders for individual lots: 1) Lot 1: Supply of All-in-One computers with software and accessories - 7 pcs. and supply of computer sets (workstations) with monitors, software, and accessories for the Department of Geodesy - 7 pcs. 2) Lot 2: Supply of a tester for verifying IT network cables - 1 pc. The detailed conditions for performance of the contract were specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Assortment and Pricing Sheet and in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - model contract.
