The contract is divided into three separate, independent lots: 1) the contract in the first lot covers the supply of sets of portable computers (laptops), type 1, type 2 and type 3, under the basic and optional contract; 2) the contract in the second lot covers the supply of sets of desktop computers, type 1, under the basic and optional contract; 3) the contract in the third lot covers the supply of LCD monitors, type 1, under the basic and optional contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the list of tasks and deadlines, and the conditions for the performance of the subject matter of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: “PPU”), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract/Technical Offer Form (hereinafter: “OPZ/FOT”), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 1. The subject matter of the contract covers the supply of computer equipment compliant with the specification below, together with a warranty and support service. Quantity of computer equipment required for performance under the basic contract: Portable computer type 1 - 500 sets. Portable computer type 2 - 150 sets. Portable computer type 3 - 10 sets. NOTE: The trademarks, patents and place of origin indicated in this SWZ and the appendices to the SWZ are justified by the specific nature of the subject matter of the contract – they relate to the description of the software operating within the Contracting Authority’s existing ICT infrastructure and its expansion. 2.
