1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply and transfer of ownership to the ordinary courts of the Szczecin appellate jurisdiction of factory-new and unused computer equipment, together with the provision of warranty services under the terms specified in Annexes Nos. 3 to 3 b to the SWZ and in the detailed descriptions of the subject matter of the contract contained in Annexes Nos. 5 to 5 e to the SWZ. 2.
