1. The subject of this contract is a one-time delivery of computers with software and monitors for the needs of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 packages: Package No. 1 – PC Computer 1, monitors. Package No. 2 – PC Computer 2. 3. The subject of the contract must be performed based on the assumptions set out in the Assortment and Price Specification (Appendix No. 2.1-2.2 to the SWZ), Technical Specification (Appendix No. 3.1-3.2 to the SWZ), Warranty Terms and Periods (Appendix No. 4.1-4.2 to the SWZ), and according to the rules and conditions set out in the model contract comprising the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract that will be incorporated into the content of that contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) 4. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders for a selected package.
