1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of brand-new, unused computer equipment for the organizational units of the University of Rzeszów. The contract has been divided into 4 parts (4 tasks): Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a multifunction device for the Academic Media Center. Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of laptop computers for the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Humanities (Institute of Archaeology). Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of a laptop computer for the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Technology and Natural Sciences. Task No. 4: Sale and delivery of a printer for the Rejtan Campus. 2. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the PZP, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling this procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of a performance bond. 7.
