Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of brand-new, unused computer equipment for the organizational units of the University of Rzeszów. The contract has been divided into 3 parts (3 tasks): Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a laptop computer for the Faculty of Health Sciences and Psychology. Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of laptop computers for the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Economics and Finance. Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of a multifunction device for the Centre for Documentation of Contemporary Sacred Art. 2. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority envisages applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act. 4. Pursuant to Article 257 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of cancelling this procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond. 7.
