Opportunity description

1) The subject of the contract is the successive supply of computer equipment for the organizational units of the Warsaw University of Technology. Estimated quantity of the order: • AiO 24” – 50 units • AiO 27” – 70 units • Workstations – 30 units. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must come from a legal source and be intended for use in the European Union. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to be covered by the Contractor by at least a 36-month manufacturer's warranty provided on-site at the customer's premises. 2) The quantities of computer equipment ordered, specified in the OPZ, are estimated quantities that the Contracting Authority plans to purchase during the term of the contract and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase the entire assortment. Computer equipment will be ordered successively, in accordance with the Contracting Authority's current needs. The Contracting Authority has the right to change the quantity of computer equipment ordered, provided that the contract value is not exceeded. 3) The Contracting Authority undertakes to utilize at least (not less than) 60% of the gross contract value.
